Explore the hidden islands of Sydney Harbour
Sydney Harbour water taxis to Cockatoo Island, Clark Island and Shark Island.
Let Water Taxis Combined transport you to some of the beautiful islands on Sydney Harbour. We are the island specialists on Sydney Harbour and have all the information to help you to decide which island to visit.
Cockatoo Island is one of the largest of the harbour islands and has a fascinating history as a prison, reformatory school and ship building facility. These days it is a World Heritage site and offers extensive activities and experiences. There is accommodation on the island for camping, glamping and apartment stays. There are picnic and BBQ facilities and amazing self guided tours. There are also cafes and bars on the island.
Clark Island and Shark Island are perfect for a romantic picnic, a family event or a corporate function. Both islands have picnic tables, toilets and extensive open areas for the kids to run around. Both are managed by the NSW National Parks and require visitors to pay a landing fee. You should also check on access to the island via the National Parks website as sometimes the islands can be booked for private functions/events and may be closed to the public.
Please visit the Sydney Harbour National Parks website and arrange your National Parks landing fee.
Water Taxis Combined has extensive experience transporting large corporate groups to both Cockatoo Island and Goat Island for major conferences and events. Some of the recent work we have been involved with include the Sydney Biennale, Australian Ninja Warrior, Output Festival and the transportation of cast, crew and VIPs for major international movie film shoots such as Unbroken.
